We currently deliver to destinations within the EU, Canada and some part of Westent. Shipping rates vary based upon destination, and items purchased. *Orders that are will be calculated at checkout and shipping charges will be based upon weight.
Please noted that:
On Express Shipping : You maybe requested for VAT tax when the packs arrived depends on local law.
On Standard Shipping : We take care all the duty.
Shipping Policy
We deliver using the service of our partner DHL, the delivery time is an estimate, it may be faster or slower than expected depending on DHL's operations
Please understand that we cannot intervene in this process.
The shipping fee is automatically calculated at the checkout page after you have entered all the shipping information.
Base on our experience, orders weighing 2kg or more will have the highest efficiency (Average from 10 - 25$ for 1kg of shipping)

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return requests for orders with errors from the manufacturer (us) that cause the quality of the coffee beans to not meet the standards announced on the packaging (Volume, quality, damage due to the transportation process affecting the quality of the coffee beans inside)
